BREAKING: Suspicious White Powder Substance Delivered to Alvin Bragg's Office in Manhattan
Emergency responders were dispatched to the Manhattan District Attorney's office building in New York City following the delivery of a suspicious package containing white powder, according to law enforcement officials. The package, which was delivered by USPS on Friday, prompted a swift response from the New York Police Department. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported, and no evacuation orders have been given at this time.
Since January, a grand jury has been reviewing evidence against the former president at 80 Centre St., the location of the District Attorney's mail room where an unidentified substance was discovered.
Law enforcement authorities arrived at the scene shortly after 12 p.m. to investigate the matter.
Recently, the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has been issuing multiple inflammatory messages on his Truth Social platform. In one particular post, he shared an article accompanied by an image of himself holding a baseball bat alongside Alvin Bragg, while asserting that the "potential for death and destruction" is "catastrophic" if Bragg proceeds with his indictment.
Earlier in the week, the former President made a claim that he would be taken into custody by the Manhattan District Attorney's office on Tuesday. However, this assertion failed to materialize. It is well-documented that Trump is presently under investigation by Bragg's office for potential wrongdoing in connection with his payment to Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged affair.
