Don Lemon Arrested - How to Support Him NOW!
Trump’s DOJ just arrested Don Lemon.
There are moments when the threat to our democracy does not arrive with tanks or sweeping decrees, but quietly, through a pair of handcuffs and a blurred excuse. That moment is NOW!
How You Can Support Don Lemon Right Now
One of the most direct ways to push back against intimidation of the press is to support independent journalism financially.
Don Lemon now publishes his reporting and commentary on Substack, where creators are not dependent on corporate gatekeepers or political pressure.
Subscribing does three important things at once.
First, it ensures he can continue reporting without fear of being silenced by advertisers or networks.
Second, it sends a signal that attempts to punish journalists only increase public support for them.
Third, it strengthens an independent media ecosystem that cannot be easily bullied by those in power.

This Is a Line We Cannot Let Them Cross
History is unambiguous on this point. When governments begin arresting journalists under vague justifications, it is never an isolated incident. It is a test.
If the public shrugs, the line moves again.
Supporting Don Lemon is not about fandom. It is about drawing a bright, unmistakable boundary and saying that documenting the government is not a crime.
If the press falls silent, the rest of us are speaking next.

Wait. WHAT? I just woke up. What the fuck?! They arrested another journalist AND Don?!
The Lemon Law
Arrested for breaking the Lemon Law—
Reporting inside a church—
Where a member of ICE is the local pastor
Pam and her squad got irked
After a federal magistrate judge
Refused to sign a warrant
And a Court of Appeals concurred with him
Throwing Justice into a torrent
Unimpressed, they would not rest
Until they at last found a judge
Who was willing to sign off on charges allowing
Their Don to pursue a grudge
Meanwhile no charges are being pursued
In the Good and Pretti killings
I guess the Department has made it clear
Exactly for whom it is shilling
