She asked what Russia got. Trump attacked the reporter.
An ABC reporter pressed Trump on how waiving Russian sanctions squared with his claim that Moscow received nothing in exchange for releasing an American hostage. Trump responded by calling her a “stupid person” and attacking her network, the exchange at the center of our reel. It is a straightforward question about what the United States gave up, and personal insults do nothing to answer it.
Democrats take Trump’s election pressure campaign to court.
Democratic groups and congressional leaders filed suit on October 20, alleging that the administration is intimidating election officials and pressuring states to withhold or reject lawful ballots. The complaint describes DHS narrowing a Nevada claim from nearly 16,000 supposed noncitizens to 185 names, all of whom state officials indicated appeared to be citizens. Our October 21 reel explains why this fight matters: eligible voters should not lose their voice because Washington demands it.

A Bush votes for Talarico—and explains why.
Neil Bush, George W. Bush’s brother, said he cast an early ballot for Democrat James Talarico over Republican Ken Paxton in the Texas Senate race. He cited concerns about Paxton’s record and praised Talarico’s character, explaining that his decision was about principles rather than automatic party loyalty. A prominent member of a Republican political family crossing that line is exactly why this vote caught our attention.

Witkoff calls Putin a “humanitarian.” Listen to that again.
Trump envoy Steve Witkoff called Vladimir Putin a “humanitarian” during their meeting, and our reel plays the remark before laying out why we find it so disturbing. The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Putin over alleged war crimes involving the unlawful deportation and transfer of Ukrainian children. Welcoming an American’s release does not require giving Putin a sweeping moral endorsement.

Trump is asked about endorsing Vance. Watch Vance.
Asked on October 20 whether he would endorse JD Vance for 2028, Trump praised his vice president but said they had not discussed it and that it was still early. Our next-day reel focuses on Vance’s visible reaction as that answer unfolds. Watch the exchange and judge the moment for yourself: the expected endorsement was not delivered.

The question about Russia was fair and simple: what did Russia get in return? Insulting a reporter does not answer that question. Americans deserve to know what their government gives up in negotiations, especially when national security is involved.
I think JD looks happy. Happy enough to stab Trump in the back and throw him under the bus!
