While all of this happens, A Manhattan grand jury is set to reconvene today and may render a decision on whether to bring charges against former President Donald Trump for the hush-money payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign.
Meanwhile, House Republicans are calling on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to provide testimony and documents, denouncing a potential indictment against Trump as an "unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority."
