And if he was a pro he should only have been 4 inches off his target at that distance. He said unless it hit the chest and ricochetted upward toward the neck, this guy was “self trained”.
Hitting the person might be easy. Hitting the carotid artery? No, that is not easy for ANYONE. It is less than 7mm in diameter. There is nobody that can consistently hit a 7mm area at 190-200 meters. A more likely idea is that the shooter aimed for the head and the shot went low. The head would is a MUCH larger target and genuinely even more deadly to hit than the carotid.
