Louisville Metro Police have released officer bodycam footage in the aftermath of a tragic shooting that took place on Monday morning at a local branch of Old National Bank. The incident resulted in the loss of five lives and the injury of eight others. The perpetrator, identified as 25-year-old bank employee Connor Sturgeon, was killed in a confrontation with law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene. Sturgeon was carrying a semi-automatic AR-15-style weapon and had even live-streamed the shooting.
During a news briefing on Tuesday evening, Louisville Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey provided further details on the timeline of events. He stated that officers were dispatched to the bank immediately after the incident was reported at 8:38 a.m. on Monday and arrived within a swift three minutes. However, shots were already being fired at the officers from the bank's lobby area before they even had the chance to exit their vehicles. By the time they had entered the bank, Sturgeon had already claimed the lives of innocent victims and had returned to the lobby, where he launched a deadly ambush on the responding officers.
Oh wow, another tribesmen looking to dismantle 1A and 2A -- weird, almost like Hitler wasn't wrong
You're either a liar, or ignorant. Either way, it's not an "assault weapon". Assault weapons require select fire to full-auto, which is illegal without registration with the ATF. This kind of damage can be done with dozens of different semi-auto rifles. Stop spreading idiocy.
