I think a big fat visible disclaimer before each prime time show and The Five saying that ‘Fox News is licensed by the FCC as entertainment (they are, in fact) and should not be taken at face value’ would be sufficient if the FCC required they do it. But they won’t, because the FCC as we knew it in the ‘7 Dirty Words’ days barely exists anymore. But there really should be SOME kind of fallout on Faux News and the hosts for deliberately misleading viewers in a news broadcast.

This would be a decent solution and since Fox News admitted that it's entertainment in court, they shouldn't be able to fight it.

Every other "journalist" news outlet will claim the same thing.

It’s true CNN has made errors in facts but the difference is they and other honest media publish retractions and provide corrections with apologies to their viewers

FOX does not

FOX CEO admitted under oath in court they lied about the election

And even now Tucker is publishing false narratives contradiction actual multi station broadcasts of the violent crowds that swarmed the Capitol. So far 238 or so insurrectionists have pled guilty with more trials pending

I understand your need to be loyal to something but it would be healthier if you researched facts on your own

Please consider Googling Dominion / FOX multibillion lawsuit
