Very much agree about the necessity of banning shadow docket rulings. If a judge can't put their name to an opinion, there's a good reason they shouldn't be writing it!
Apparently the Supreme Court does have jurisdiction for the inevitable appeal, although maybe, just maybe, the second ruling that was just made against the tariffs will somehow prevent the Court from caving.
